Please join the Denver Hokies as we remember the 32 VT students and faculty members who were tragically taken from their loved ones and our community on April 16, 2007. We will run and walk to celebrate life, which is so precious.
The event is open to all Hokies, their families, friends and dogs (on leashes). The Chapter will be providing some snacks & drinks immediately following the walk / run. We ask that you sign up to contribute using this SignUp Genius link!:
We’ll be setting up at Denver South High School parking lot, located across from the Southeast corner of Washington Park. There will be plenty of parking available, bring lawn chairs and any games you may want to play.
Please plan to arrive by 10:00 a.m. so you can take part in our group picture. Photo will take place at 10:15 a.m. in front of the school and the walk / run will commence immediately after.
We are thinking of possibly trying to go somewhere to watch the VT Spring Game, which will be televised this year! Details TBD.
